The clubs Fifty-One Luxembourg and Fifty-One Lëtzebuerg have donated over €2,000 and 16 boxes of clothing to Stëmm vun der Strooss.
In November, the president of Fifty-One Lëtzebuerg Carlo Hoffmann accompanied by Gaston Linster, Jos Schroeder and Julien Scheer presented Stëmm vun der Strooss director Alexandra Oxacelay with 16 boxes full of clothing items.
For the fifth year in a row, both Fifty-One Luxembourg and Fifty-One Lëtzebuerg decided to financially support Stëmm vun der Strooss. The club Fifty-One is an organsation whose goal is to support local projects and organisations which look after less privileged people. The clubs handed over a first cheque for the amount of €1551 and a second cheque for the amount of €510.
These donations are being used to finance the traditional Christmas party, taking place in the Centre Culturel Bonnevoie. On 20 December 2018, 400 underprivileged people will celebrate Christmas together.
