This past Sunday 17 March 2019 saw almost 1,900 runners brave the weather and participate in this year's Postlaf race.

The 24th edition of the Postlaf, organised by the Amicale POST Luxembourg with the Ville de Luxembourg and POST Luxembourg, once again combined sport with solidarity. Indeed, Caritas Luxembourg has been the associative partner of the event since 2007.

This year, not far from 1,900 runners crossed the finish line and thus pledged a donation. More than 260 participants also donated the €10 rental of their chip.
A mixed team of around 70 people from politics, sports and the economy, as well as refugees and staff members also took part in the race under the colours of Caritas Luxembourg, in order to to show solidarity.

The money raised will enable young children from Bangladesh whose parents work in the textile industry to be cared for in nurseries and day care centres specially set up by Caritas Luxembourg. Those who have not yet had the opportunity to donate or those who want to support the Caritas Luxembourg project can do so online at www.caritas.lu or via bank transfer to the Caritas Luxembourg account (CCPL): IBAN LU34 1111 0000 2020 0000 ("Postlaf").
