The Whisky Club Luxembourg has announced that it is organising its second annual Burns Night Dinner to be held at the Sofitel Kirchberg on Thursday 21 January 2016 at 19:00.
The event is held in honour of the great bard Robert Burns himself, who in the 18th century wrote his poems about the simple life of the Scots and was therefore immortalised in his words.
The event will include traditional Scottish entertainment as well as a four course Scottish Dinner with the necessary liquid provisions not to be forgotten (i.e. Whisky). The chef already knows how to catch a Haggis since the club so meticously taught him last year...
The price for the evening is €80 per person, all included. People in Highland dress will be specially rewarded with a small gift from the club and they hope that this is reason enough to bring out one's Tartan.
