Organised by BBI Luxembourg - International Tourism and Hospitality Management School, the World Association for Hospitality and Tourism Education and Training (AMFORHT) is hosting its 22nd World Forum in Luxembourg from 21 to 23 March 2018 at the Novotel and Sofitel in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

Supported by the United Nations, the non-government organisation AMFORHT works on the development of education in the hotel and tourism sectors, and also provides a platform for encounters, exchange, good practice and cooperation between three main groups of partners from the hotel and tourism industry.

In close partnership with the Accor hotels Group, and principal sponsor of the event, for this latest Forum the AMFORHT will develop an ambitious theme: “Transform our world by education: cooperation, education and development”.

Combining round tables, visits, gastronomic discoveries, etc., the comprehensive programme will be enhanced by the presence of ministerial delegations from several countries as well as that of Francine Closener, Luxembourg's Secretary of State for the Economy, and Francesco Frangialli, Honorary Secretary General of the United Nation World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO), both of whom will speak during the second day of the event, which has already attracted more than 90 participants from around the world: from Asia to Africa via the United States and Europe.
