The University of Luxembourg will host a Health and Behaviour Conference on Wednesday 7 November 2018 from 10:00 to 16:30 at the Luxembourg Learning Centre Conference Hall in Esch-Belval (7 Ënnert den Héichiewen).

This full-day conference addresses interactions between health/wellbeing and behaviour, through presentations by various professors of the University as well as a keynote speech by Prof Andrew Steptoe (University College London) and guided poster sessions.

Health-care professionals, patients, families, community leaders, and policy makers all struggle to understand the interactions between health and behaviour, and how to use that knowledge to improve the health status of individuals and populations. Health and behaviour are related in myriad ways, yet those interactions are neither simple nor straightforward.

This will include presentations by INSIDE Professors Claus Vögele, Conchita D’Ambrosio, Joël Billieux, Fernand Anton and Georges Steffgen, as well as a Keynote by Professor Andrew Steptoe from the University College London.

Fellow academics, stakeholders, patients, health professionals and policy makers are all welcome for a full day of presentations about cutting-edge research on health and behaviour.
