The Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) will hold the conference “Private Equity 3.0” tomorrow at the Philharmonie Luxembourg.

On 19 March 2019, the LPEA will bring the private equity community together in the context of its Insights conference. Developed by the trade association and already in its third edition, the LPEA Insights has invited 20 speakers from Luxembourg, the USA, the UK, France, Italy, Switzerland and Liechtenstein to the Grand Duchy to speak about the future of the private equity sector.

This year’s focus on “Private Equity 3.0” anticipates an overview on how the market is changing and where it is heading to, especially in terms of Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) aspects, but also how digitalisation or investments in sectors like space will change the industry further. In a moment when asset allocation to private equity grows globally and particularly in Luxembourg with the relocation of many family offices and increase of capacity by fund managers, the LPEA positions Luxembourg one step forward, anticipating the future and making sure the fast-growing front office activity is ready for the challenges of tomorrow.

The Insights conference will be delivered by renowned private equity investors such as Prince Max of Liechtenstein (CEO of LGT), Norbert Becker (Chairman of CBP Quilvest), Larry Aschebrook (G Squared), Dominique Gaillard (Ardian) and Lindsey McMurray (Pollen Street Capital), among many other speakers.

Fully booked for four weeks now and with over 350 expected participants, the conference is the confirmed annual meeting point for private equity investors and fund managers in Luxembourg.
