The University of Luxembourg has announced three upcoming events this month: the SRA-Benelux 2019 Annual Conference on 25 March, the 10th European Banking Center Network Conference on 28-29 March and an information session on the Master in Information Systems Security Management on 28 March 2019.

The first event, the LSRA-Benelux 2019 Annual Conference, organised by the Society for Risk Analysis, will focus on the theme "Reasoning with Uncertainty". The conference will address uncertainty with regards to topics such as Brexit, climate change, healthy and safety, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, smart cities and urban development. A line-up of high-level speakers from academia, industry and government will speak on three special panels: "Brexit and the Future Stability of the EU", "Space Exploration" and "Digital Futures". The conference will take place on 25 March 2019 from 09:00-17:00 in the Black Box of the Maison des Sciences Humaines (Belval Campus). Next on the agenda will be the 10th edition of the European Banking Center Network Conference, organised in cooperation with the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). The conference will discuss current issues in banking, financial stability and financial regulation and will feature José-Luis Peydró from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics as keynote speaker.  The conference will take place on 28 and 29 March 2019 in the JFK Building (Nancy-Metz Room, ground floor) on 29 Avenue John F. The University of Luxembourg will also organise an information session to present the Master in Information Systems Security Management (MSSI) on 28 March 2019 at 17:30 in Belval (Maison du Savoir, room 3.330). Developed in partnership with the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), this programme enables professionals to increase their knowledge and develop their skills in order to analyse, interpret and provide adequate solutions in the field of information security.
