Jim Clemes team (L-R): Ingbert Schilz, Lynn Ansay, Jim Clemes, Gaby Krump, Caroline Thill, Mathieu Nicol;

The Architectural and Design Studio Jim Clemes has adjusted the composition of its Executive Committee and has appointed four new associates; to mark this new stage in its development, Jim Clemes Architecture and Design Studio has been rebranded "Jim Clemes Associates".

These new appointments reflect the Board of Directors' desire to prepare for the future. The aim is to promote a culture of quality architecture and to continue to satisfy building owners by creating sustainable, timeless, sustainable and unformatted projects. To this end, the agency relies on multiple know-how, associated with the use of new technologies at the forefront of the sector. This organisation in architectural services encourages everyone to make his/her own contribution.

The Executive Committee now has six members and associates:

- Jim Clemes, Architect and Founder, Special School of Architecture, Paris, France.
- Ingbert Schilz, BDA and Interior Architect, University of Applied Sciences Rhineland-Palatinate, Trier. Partner since 2011, Ingbert Schilz has been involved in the development of the agency since 1992.
- Lynn Ansay, Interior Architect, National School of Visual Arts, Cambre, Brussels, Belgium. Her aesthetic and functional vision of interiors is always in relation with the expectations of the client.
- Gaby Krump, Architect, Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule, RWTH Aachen, Germany. Her economic analysis is essential to carry out a long-term project.
- Caroline Thill, Architect, National School of Architecture, ENSA Paris - Val de Seine, France. She has been working as a designer since 2008. Her demanding look brings a unique quality to projects.
- Mathieu Nicol, Architect, National School of Architecture, ENSA Paris - Val de Seine, France. He provides pragmatic analysis to meet the needs of the owner.

The deployment of the new Executive Committee illustrates the desire for a renewal of the management team. This "generational" approach combines skills as well as complementary talents of long-time staff. Thanks to its creative and productive capacity, the team offers the highest quality of execution in its architectural and urbanistic services. It positions itself as the orchestra leader of the project to support the owners and partners, thus perpetuating the excellence that characterises the agency.

This change also responds to the evolution of the architectural trades, facing new challenges of environmental, technical and economic nature. How to maintain control of project management and in all phases when the actors and requirements multiply? The new team with its specific skills enriches the approach of the architectural project. Its multidisciplinarity allows the exploration of adapted and innovative solutions to better adapt to the requirements of the customer, the client, partners and public authorities.

The agency also continues to diversify its work tools in response to current production requirements with the integration of new project management methods such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), as well as the software dedicated to architectural production: CAD (Computer-Aided Architectural Design), or virtual reality that is becoming increasingly important for the modeling and visualisation of its projects.
