On Friday 3 June 2016, Trois C-L will be exploring the dialogue between dance and music through various projects ranging from artistic exchange, human encounters, sound experience and visual discovery.
The public will first plunge into the electric atmosphere of Noctura, the latest creation of the Compagnie Virgule Flottante founded by Romain Henry, a choreographer who collaborated with musician Anthony Laguerre on this project. Noctura is a nigh-time escape in which reality and fiction mingle in the service of creating an imaginary time, inviting the public to create their own dream based on their perception and orientation. This creation is balanced between a Rock Noise musical composition and gestures between hip hop and contemporary writing.
Dancer-choreographer Sarah Baltzinger will then present a creation as a work in progress: In the Shape of Love. Surrounded on stage by three dancers, Sarah Baltzinger will dare to talk about the chemistry between men and women today. In this piece, bodies confront, stand and surrender themselves and engage in an endless physical debacle to answer the difficult question of love.
Finally, the public will join Jennifer Gohier and Grégory Beaumont (Compagnie Corps in Situ / ARTEZIA A.s.b.l.) on a third stage in the tour of the choreographic world begun in March with the Cross Dancers project. These adventures of modern times have made a stopover in the Indian city of Jorhat in Assam.
The event will take place at 19:00. There is no entrance fee but an exit price determined according to the visitor's own assessment of the evening.
