The Embassy of India in Brussels, in coordination with the Indian Association of Luxembourg (IAL) is organising its Monthly Consular Camp on Sunday 22 April 2018 from 10:30 to 16:00 at 165 Muehlenweg, L-2155 Luxembourg-Gasperich.

All applicants from the Indian diaspora who wish to avail of consular service at this camp may go through procedural and documentary requirements at the Mission’s website to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.

Applications for new passport/ OCI, PIO to OCI conversion will be accepted during the camp and attestation services will also be rendered. Officers of the Embassy of India in Brussels will verify the applications and supporting documents before accepting the applications for service. All prospective applicants are advised to go through procedural and documentary requirements for the consular services sought to avoid any last minute inconvenience. 

Consular fees will be levied on a cash-only basis and applicants must tender exact change to the best extent possible, to avoid any inconvenience.

If someone is expecting a document or passport to collect back from Embasssy, they are asked to send an e-mail with relevant details to email: consular@indembassy.be / counsdias@indembassy.be and make sure to come and collect it on 22 April.
