This coming week-end, the Abbaye de Neumunster is inviting the public to a weekend devoted to Argentina.

It will include an initiation to tango, apero-jazz with Latin sounds, screening of a documentary film and exhibition on the fate of the victims of the Argentine military regime in the late 1970s.

To complete the line-up, the Wenzel Brewery will offer spectators specialties of South America. A true getaway in time, in the heart of the suburbs of Buenos Aires.

- Sat 30 Sep @ 18:00 (67 mins): Sintiendo a Piazzolla, documentary film, by Pablo Rho. The documentary is about the work of the bandoneonist Astor Piazzolla.

- Sat 30 Sep @ 20:00: Tango Roulotte, concert / ball. Milongas, waltzes and tango are linked on the floor. Couples, trained by the troop of Roulotte Tango, will be unleashed.

- Sun 1 Oct @ 11:00: Alfredo Garcia-Navas Trio, aperitif-jazz. Considered one of the most audacious guitarists in Austria, Alfredo Garcia-Navas does not hesitate to explore several genres.

- until 11 Oct: Round of memories, exhibition. Between 1976 and 1983, the dictatorship in Argentina made 30,000 people disappear. This exhibition allows artists, each in their own way, to question death, disappearance and memories.
