Film Fund Luxembourg's pavillion at the Cannes Film Festival 2018;

From 8 to 17 May 2018, the National Audiovisual Production Support Fund (Film Fund Luxembourg) will be represented in Cannes for the 16th time with its pavillion located in the international village during the international film market.

The pavillion will host 19 Luxembourg companies under its umbrella, including production companies, a company specialising in post-production and sound, the EAVE training programme and the Luxembourg City Film Festival.

The Luxembourg day will take place on Friday 11 May 2018 in the presence of audiovisual professionals and the press and will close with a traditional Luxembourgish reception.

The first feature film co-produced by Doghouse Films (Pierre Urbain and David Mouraire), "Pachamama", and directed by Juan Antin, will be presented as a "Work in progress" as part of the "Goes to Cannes" strand, in partnership with the Annecy International Animated Film Festival.

Film Fund Luxembourg, in collaboration with LARS and Actors.lu, has awarded a scholarship to a young director (Diana Nilles) and two young actors (Aude-Laurence Clermont and Tommy Schlesser) in order to facilitate their access to the Cannes film market. ​
