BNP Paribas Securities Services Luxembourg Celebrates 10 years of Fund Services Programme

Launched in 2008 in partnership with the Haute Ecole Pascale Blaise of Arlon, now named Henallux, this unique training programme in Luxembourg celebrated its 10th anniversary on 5 July 2018.

During this past decade, a total of 166 young people in their final year of study in economics or finance have taken up the challenge of taking a course (in staggered hours) dedicated to mutual funds and related trades.

Trained by lecturers from the bank, the students, who come from various Belgian, French and Luxembourgish educational institutions, acquired the more and more technical knowledge necessary for the exercise of these key professions for the Luxemburg ecosystem. They benefit from the know-how of professionals whose expertise evolves with new regulations, new products and operational models. Young graduates who then embark on one of the fund administration trades do so with a much appreciated level of expertise.

The birthday celebration participants agreed that the experience is beneficial for everyone: students, instructors, partner schools and future employers.
