LuxNetwork has announced that it is partnering with Datacenter Luxembourg to operate colocation / data center and connectivity activities following the takeover of Telecom Luxembourg Private Operator (TLPO).

On November 17, Luxembourg-based LuxNewtork, a company of the French group Nomotech, officially took over the activities of TLPO. Following this takeover, Datacenter Luxembourg and LuxNewtork announced an alliance covering the colocation / data center and connectivity activities.

This alliance strengthens the position and know-how of the two players in the market, consolidates their position on the Luxembourg market and supports their competitiveness at the international level.

Founded in 2012, LuxNetwork has established itself as a true expert in connectivity as well as the digital development of territories and the deployment of wireless networks for broadband Internet broadcasting. Through this takeover and this partnership, the company that has so far emphasized its activities in France, affirms its will to address the Luxembourg market.

"The strength of LuxNetwork is its vast international network. We offer extremely short latencies. The complementarity of our services with those of Datacenter Luxembourg will enable us to offer a high quality service to our customers," explained Luc Lutot, CEO of LuxNetwork.

The expertise of Datacenter Luxembourg for more than fifteen years in the area of colocation / data center and all associated services makes it the ideal partner to continue to provide quality service to TLPO customers taken over by LuxNetwork.

"Our goal is to share our know-how and work together to reassure customers by providing them with a continuum of services," informed Xavier Buck, founder and Chairman of Datacenter Luxembourg.
