OpenField SA, a Luxembourg company specialising in management consulting and information systems in digital processing, has announced that it has set up OpenField France in the Moselle region.

Massimo Russo and Dominique Lo Sardo, founders of OpenField, intend to leverage this presence on both sides of the border to promote new business relationships between Lorraine and the Grand Duchy.

Located at the Metz Technopole, OpenField France specialises in Information Systems consulting, including IT project management, data security and digital processing, leveraging the company's 13 years of experience and expertise in Luxembourg.

"We have worked for French clients for years. Our expertise that we have a real value on the Moselle market in the areas of support to digitisation and computer security. The entry into force of GPRD (General Rules for Data Protection) resulted in a strong growth of solicitations. We decided to be physically present at Metz, to best serve our customers: SMEs, SMIs and institutions," explained Dominique Lo Sardo who chose to personally direct OpenField France. "For 25 years I worked in Luxembourg. But I originate from Metz. Our presence in Metz is particularly close to heart. I am proud to today create an activity and wealth in my hometown. It's not every day that a Luxembourg company invests on the other side of the border," he said.

"There is a willingness to develop cooperation as highlighted the visit of the Grand Duke in Paris recently, to which we were invited. Luxembourg and Lorraine need each other to continue to grow. It is important, in this respect, to let go of the brakes. I intend to contribute to these exchanges as it will benefit both partners," said Dominique Lo Sardo. The company OpenField France moved to CESCOM, the Business Centre of SAEML at Metz Technopôles. It officially started its activities in early November.
