Yesterday afternoon, Luxembourg's financial regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), suspended from trading the financial instruments of Novo Banco S.A. issued by Novo Banco S.A. and NB Finance Ltd from trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange with immediate effect and until the market has been duly informed.
This action was taken following notification by the Portuguese financial regulator, the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários, in accordance with Article 9(3) of the law of 13 July 2007 on markets in financial instruments.
