United Caps management, LCGB representatives sign new collective agrrement;
United Caps, a major global player in the bottling beverage industry has signed a new collective agreement for its approximately 120 staff employed at its production site in Wiltz.
On Wednesday 21 March 2018, representatives of the LCGB trade union signed a new collective agreement for all employees for a period of 3 years. This convention contains the following enhancements:
• meal vouchers have been revalued to €10.80 each;
• an evolving salary grid is to be developed through a working group;
• introduction of seniority leave;
• improvement of the conditions of the "replacement premium";
• retention of all existing elements of the previous collective agreement.
