The Luxembourg Digital Skills Bridge has been nominated as one of the 100 digital pioneers in Europe.

The Financial Times, Google and other politicians have recognised the Luxembourg Digital Skills Bridge programne as one of the 100 most advanced digital projects in Europe. The programme was selected for its efforts in the field of technological innovation and digital skills. 

The Luxembourg Digital Skills Bridge programme was launched by the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social and Solidarity Economy and aims to support businesses of all sizes and their employees, whose jobs will be affected by radical transformations due to the impact of digital and/or technology transformation in order to reinvent their organisation of work and prepare them for new tasks and/or positions within their company. The programme stresses the importance of a proactive and preventive strategy on the part of companies. Luxembourg Digital Skills Bridge also takes into consideration the need to develop employees' skills in order to make them more resilient to changes.

The success of the Luxembourg Digital Skills Bridge programme was celebrated at a Google Digital Workshop event in Brussels. The programme has also been included in a Financial Times special report, "Europe's Road to Growth" available at https://www.ft.com/reports/europe-road-to-growth.
