The Encevo Group has announced that its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board of Encevo S.A., Jean Lucius, has decided to retire in autumn 2018.
As a result, the Board of Directors of Encevo S.A. has taken the decision to appoint Claude Seywert, currently CEO of Creos Luxembourg S.A. and Member of the Executive Board of Encevo S.A., Chief Executive Officer of the Encevo Group and Chairman of the Executive Board of Encevo S.A., with effect as from 15 September 2018.
As of the same date, Marc Reiffers, currently CEO of Enovos Luxembourg S.A., will replace Claude Seywert in his capacity as CEO of Creos Luxembourg S.A., while Erik von Scholz, currently Member of the Executive Board in charge of Renewable Energies and Corporate Development & Strategy, will become CEO of Enovos Luxembourg S.A.
Both Mr Reiffers and Mr von Scholz will remain Member of the Executive Board of Encevo S.A. in their new capacity.
