Intertrust, a leading global provider of high-value corporate and fund services, has announced two executive management appointments in the Luxembourg office, as the firm has grown substantially over the last years, adding a large number of new employees, additional business units and centres of excellence. 
 
Romuald Minatchy has been appointed as Executive Director and member of the local Management Team in Luxembourg. Romuald will be actively involved in the management of a range of Business Units. Romuald joined Intertrust Luxembourg in December 2016 as a Business Unit Director, and later, in December 2017, was appointed Director Business Operations. He played an important role working on IFRS and consolidation, regulatory and internal services, as well as being responsible for the coordination and follow-up of KPI management with all Business Units. 
 
Patrick van Denzen has also been appointed as Executive Director and member of the local Management Team in Luxembourg. Patrick has joined Intertrust as of 17 September and will also be involved in the management of Business Units, as well as Business Operations. Patrick brings more than 20 years of experience in the corporate services industry in Luxembourg and The Netherlands,  having worked at TMF Group (preceded by ABN AMRO Trust and Equity Trust which were merged into TMF Group) as a member of their Management team responsible for Client Service Delivery and Business Operations, with his last role being Chief Operating Officer.
