Arendt & Medernach Appoints Four New Partners

Arendt & Medernach has announced the appointment of four new Partners: Nicolas Bouveret, Rodrigo Delcourt, Vincent Mahler and Astrid Wagner.

Nicolas Bouveret is a Partner in the Investment Management and Private Equity & Real Estate departments of Arendt & Medernach. He advises managers and institutional clients on structuring, setting up and marketing Luxembourg investment funds.

Rodrigo Delcourt is a Partner in the Private Equity & Real Estate Department of Arendt & Medernach. He advises promoters and fund managers on all the legal and regulatory aspects related to the structuring and establishment of regulated and unregulated alternative funds, as well as social transactions and related transactions.

Vincent Mahler is a Partner in the Tax Law department of Arendt & Medernach and in charge of taxation in the Paris office. He advises on Luxembourg and international tax issues, in particular on the tax aspects of regulated and unregulated real estate structures, as well as on private equity and financial transactions.

Astrid Wagner is a Partner in the Arendt & Medernach IP, Communication & Technology Department. She is active in specialized areas of law such as data protection, e-commerce, IT and the full range of intellectual property rights. Astrid also manages corporate law cases.
