The first think tank dedicated to the promotion and research of gender complementarity in Luxembourg launches on 23 February with a concert at Den Atelier headlined by Belgian rockers K's Choice.

Equilibre is an NGO that aims to effect societal change through gender complementarity with the idea that with better equilibrium at work people are able to achieve their maximum potential while balancing social needs and responsibilities. Gender complementarity is presented as one way of achieving this, while also celebrating the differences between genders.

The organisation was founded by a group of researchers who spent a year researching female entrepreneurialism in Luxembourg and what they found led them to the conclusion that more work needed to be done. Equilibre has been created in a private-public partnership with the Ministry of Economy.

All proceeds from the ticket sales for the 23 February concert go towards ASBL Equilibre.

Reservations can be made through Den Atelier's website
