(L-R): Fabien Amoretti, Kamel Amroune, FARVEST Group;

$Farvest, the Luxembourgish communication agency, today announced the arrival of three new specialists, along with the departure of Fabien Amoretti, the founder of the group.

With strong local knowledge and significant international experiences, Erica Leclercq, Michel Rodriguez and Margaux Vetzel have arrived with the ambition to contribute to the local and European development of Farvest after Docler Holding invested in the agency last year.

Erica Leclercq joined Farvest last October after several experiences in Luxembourg and abroad in communication agencies and consulting firms. Most notably, she held the position of EY Telecoms, Media and Technology Marketing Manager before becoming Brand, Marketing and Communication Leader for the TMT sector at EY Global. After graduating with a degree in Marketing and Communication Strategies, she began her career in Paris as Account Manager in the communication sector before arriving to Luxembourg in 2009. At Farvest, she holds the position of Head of Strategy and Operations, with the mission of leading the agency’s strategy, coordinating operations and developing new services, while ensuring that quality is respected.

Margaux Vetzel is now in charge of the events department at Farvest. Just like Erica Van Ossel-Leclercq, Margaux joined Farvest last October to coordinate several events organized at the end of 2018. She has several years of experience as Account Manager and Project Manager at Luxembourgish agencies Binsfeld and Shine a Light. At Farvest, her mission consists in conceptualising and realising numerous events, such as the ICT Spring and the IT One Gala, as well as events for B2B clients.

In addition, Michel Rodriguez is the new Head of Sales at Farvest as of 2019. In this position, he is responsible for steering and guiding the agency’s sales team. Michel Rodriguez began his career at the end of the 70s with Cargolux Airlines. He subsequently held several managerial positions in the IT and Finance sectors, especially at Bull, and then as General Director of AGL Informatique and GFI Luxembourg, two entities he created and directed. He then joined Clearstream Services where, as Head of IT External Services, he launched the Fintech customer services. During this period, he became a founder of the Professionals of the Financial Sector (PFS) association and offered the first SaaS (project Paint me a Bank) and BPO (the creation Solfia S.A.) solutions, adapted to the financial sector and in compliance with the PFS legislation. Most recently, he worked at EBRC as International Business Development Manager, helping the ICT company in the establishment and deployment of business solutions directed to Fintech on the national and international markets, with a special focus on the French territory.

Also, Fabien Amoretti is leaving Farvest Group, a company he founded in 2000 before turning it into a Luxembourgish success story with a very diversified media and B2B events portfolio. After passing down his CEO position to Kamel Amroune last year, Fabien will now go on to new challenges. "This team is firmly in place with a clear vision of what it wants to be, and it has magnificent ambitions. The agency has now a strengthened top management and a shareholder that many would dream of having by their side. On my side, the timing is perfect to take on new challenges,” stated Fabien Amoretti.

As Kamel Amroune, CEO of Farvest, emphasised, “after a year of transition with the arrival of Docler Holding as an investor last summer, the company assumes a new dimension with these talented and competent recruits. Our ambition is to strengthen our activities and partnerships, to improve the quality of the agency’s services and events, and to extend our business scope in the Grand-Duchy and our borders. Finally, we want to thank Fabien and wish him a lot of success in his new challenges.” The marketing agency currently employs just under thirty team members and specialises in the production and broadcast of multichannel contents, from B2B events to printed and online publishing.
