On Sunday 10 December 2017, not only is the LuxTram service going to start operation between LuxExpo and the Red Bridge, the Pfaffenthal-Kirchberg railway station will open and the venicular railway linking the two will also commence operation, but Luxembourg city's bus network will see some significant changes as a result, and a new timetable will come into effect; some changes will also come into effect for the national/rural bus timetable.
These adjustments are being made in particular in the context of the commissioning of the new Howald station. The adaptations of the City of Luxembourg's bus network will take into account these new offers for public transport, while at the same time best meeting the needs of users.
