Changes to traffic are scheduled for 1 July 2018, during the JP Morgan City Jogging event.

On Sunday 1 July 2018, the JP Morgan City Jogging will be organised by the Luxembourg Athletics Federation with the logistical and sports support of the Ville de Luxembourg. In order to allow the event to run smoothly, changes will be made to traffic and the municipal bus service during the race.

The circuit taken by the runners of the JP Morgan City Jogging will be closed to all traffic from 09:00. Residents can return to or leave their homes following the race.

The route taken by the riders is as follows: Rue Léon Hengen, Rue Richard Coudenhove-Kalgeri, Avenue John F. Kennedy, Rue des Coquelicots, Rue des Muguets, Rue Jules Wilhelm, Allée Pierre de Mansfeld, Rue du Fort Olisy, Rue Sosthène Weis, Rue Saint Ulric, Vallée de la Pétrusse, Eue de la Semois, Avenue Marie-Thérèse, Place de Bruxelles, Boulevard Royal, Rue Notre-Dame, city centre, Avenue Pescatore, Parc Pescatore, Pont Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, Avenue John F. Kennedy, Trois Glands, Place de l’Europe, Avenue John F. Kennedy (bus route and crossing at Rue Erasme)

The streets will be gradually reopened to traffic from 12:30 and all bans will be lifted around 14:00.

The following changes will be made to municipal buses on Sunday 1 July 2018 between 08:00 and 13:30. Line 20: Towards Weimershof, the Niedergrunewald and Léon Hengen Quai 1 stops will be removed and replaced by a temporary stop at the Philharmonie on Avenue John F. Kennedy.
