Regional train line 60 was cancelled this morning until further notice resulting from technical issues.

A technical problem that occurred last night on a construction site due to a wrenching of cable between Bettembourg and Berchem has affected rail traffic on line 90 between Luxembourg and Thionville and line 60 between Luxembourg and Virton. Teams currently on site are repairing the cable.

However, in order to relieve traffic, the CFL has cancelled RE trains on line 60 as a first step with two trains running per hour in both directions between Luxembourg and France on line 90. This situation will continue for at least the entire morning.
