Following the presentation of his work 'Something White' at the Musée National d'Histoire et d'Art (MNHA) during Night of the Museums, Marco Godinho's video installation exhibition will now be extended, the museum announced yesterday.
The narrative movie, created in 2008, follows the artist as he sets off on foot through Norwegian landscapes accompanied by writer Tomas Espedal. The walk takes the two artists to the entry of an abandoned tunnel. Marco Godino films continuously on his handheld camera, despite the darkness which engulfs them, until they see the light that guides them out of the tunnel.
The video installation will be shown in the chapel of the MNHA until January 2016. Temporary exhibitions at the museum cost €7 for adults and is free for students. For more information, visit www.mnha.lu
