On Thursday 14 December 2017, the annual presentation of the music export awards for the best-performing Luxembourg artists in 2017 took place at Rockhal in Esch-Belval, in the presence of Luxembourg's Secretary of State for culture, Guy Arendt.
The results are as follows:
Rock / Pop / Electro: Dream Catcher (other nominees: Cleveland, Francesco Tristano, Mutiny on the Bounty, no metal in this battle)
Jazz: Dock in Absolute (other nominees: Greg Lamy Quartet, Jeff Herr Corporation, Pol Belardi’s Force, Reis Demuth Wiltgen)
Classical / Contemporary: United Instruments of Lucilin (other nominees: Christoph Sietzen, Francesco Tristano, Jean Muller, Sabine Weyer)
