Brussels-based Blues/Funk/Rock singer Typh Barrow will be performing for the very first time in Luxembourg on 23 November 2018 at 20:00 at the KuFa - Kulturfabrik (Doors open at 19:30).

Already very much applauded by her audience in Belgium, rising star Typh Barrow possesses an incredible, unique voice and style. Most of her concerts, held across the Greater Region, sell out quickly in advance.

At the age of five, Typh Barrow began playing the piano and at twelve she wrote her first song. From a very young age, she trained her musical ear by listening to her father's old vinyls, from which she draws her influences: Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers, Eric Clapton, Bobby McFerrin, Marvin Gaye and Randy Crawford, to name a few. As a teenager, she already performed at little pianos-bars before being quickly discovered by her future producer and manager, François Leboutte.

Then, in 2013, the people of Brussels started to talk about her piano-voice covers of 90s Hip-Hop hits on YouTube. Following a period of damaged vocal cords during which she took a break from singing to write and compose, Typh Barrow unveiled the singles "Time" and "Visions" in 2014, thus officially launching her musical career. Since then, the Belgian artist has performed at several concerts and festivals without pause, attracting over 30,000 spectators in 2016 and 2017 alone.

Pre-sale tickets cost €23 (fees included) or €25 at the door. These are available at: http://kulturfabrik.lu/fr/programmation/details/event/typh-barrow/.
