Thursday 10 November 2016 from 12:00 - 14:00 at the Wildgen Partners in Law (69 Bd. de la Pétrusse, L-2320 Luxembourg).

Francois Brouxel, Managing Partner, Wildgen Partners in Law, will speak on "The new Luxembourg company law".

On July 13, 2016 the Luxembourg parliament adopted the bill of law 5730 modernising and amending the law of August 10, 1915 on commercial companies, the Civil Code and the law of December 19, 2002 on the trade and companies’ register and on the accounting and annual accounts of undertakings. François Brouxel, Managing Partner and head of the Corporate Practice Group at the Wildgen law firm, will help you understand this reform.
 
Each delegate will receive a memorandum explaining the reform (in English) as well as a comparative table of the articles of the old and new Luxembourg company laws (in French).
