Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel yesterday received the President of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, Andrej Danko, for a bilateral interview.
As part of his official visit to Luxembourg, Andrej Danko was received by the Prime Minister and Minister of State Xavier Bettel at the Hôtel de Bourgogne on Thursday 3 May 2018.
On the agenda of the meeting were bilateral relations as well as major issues of European political affairs. At the level of the European Union, the discussions focused in particular on the future of the Union as well as on the Slovak planning of citizens' consultations.
Moreover, on the subject of migration, the Luxembourg Prime Minister stressed the importance of European solidarity.
