On the second day of their state visit to Luxembourg, on Thursday 24 May 2018, Their Royal Highnesses the King and Queen of the Netherlands attended a concert at the Philharmonie.

Accompanied by Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg, the Dutch monarchs watched a concert at the Philharmonie in their honour, thus marking the end of the second day of their state visit.

Then yesterday, on the last day of the visit, Dutch and Luxembourg royals together visited Neobuild SA where they were welcomed by Environment Minister Carole Dieschbourg and Neobuild SA President Roland Kuhn. As the first technological innovation pole for sustainable construction in the country, Neobuild SA aims to facilitate technological innovation and support Luxembourg companies active in this sector. The company uses, among other things, new materials, construction processes, renewable energies and certification systems. After a brief presentation of the company, presentations of the following entities took place: Southern Water Union (SES), Contern SA, Paintings Robin SA and Digital Inclusion.

The Dutch and Luxembourg sovereigns were then welcomed by the Minister of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure François Bausch at the CFL Multimodal, located on the Eurohub South site. The delegation participated in a guided tour of the terminal where a demonstration took place and where explanations were provided about the railway network.

In addition, a meeting between Their Royal Highnesses the King and Queen of the Netherlands and the Dutch community living in Luxembourg took place.

The state visit ended with the traditional departure ceremony in front of the Grand Ducal Palace, during which Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess bade their Dutch counterparts farewell.
