Luxembourg's real estate market will be represented at the Realty Belgian fair from 24 to 26 May 2016 with the attendance of INOWAI.
The group, led by Vincent Bechet, brings together real estate players from the Grand Duchy, including ING, DSM, Moreno, Agora, Zimmer & Partners and Drees & Sommer under one collective stand.
The aim is to highlight Luxembourg and the opportunities it presents for real estate investors. To highlight this, the six Luxembourg players will be present at the 8th edition of the Brussels Realty exhibition, which was founded after the 2008 crisis as a means for real estate professionals to present their projects and discuss developments in the industry.
The INOWAI group is a leader in the Grand Duchy on the real estate market and is also active in the commercial and residential segments. The six Luxembourg players offer a wide range of serives: the ING Bank which develops its mortgage department in Luxembourg; the Di Stefano Moyse lawyer's office; the Moreno architecture firm; the Belval-based development company Agora; the accounting expertise and financial services company Zimmer & Partners; and the consulting firm Drees & Sommer.
This year represents the first in which Luxembourg will present a joint stand at the Realty fair, which attracts an increasing number of exhibitors and visitors annually including over 300 investors.
Luxembourg actors aim to highlight the opportunities offered by the Grand Duchy in response to the Belgian property market's search for a breath of fresh air.
