Bâloise Assurances Luxembourg S.A. has launched GoodStart, the first online insurance for apartment tenants in Luxembourg.
After GOODDRIVE, the first automotive insurance company (launched in March 2017), Bâloise has continued to invest in digitisation with the development of GoodStart, unique in Luxembourg as the first online insurance for apartment tenants.
In a market where residents between the ages of 18 and 35 represent about 150,000 people, of which 41% live with their parents because of the high price of real estate, Bâloise wanted to address the other 60%- about 90,000 people- who are mostly renters and who, until now, did not have access to online insurance.
Baloise has claimed that GoodStart is advantageous due to its speed- securing a rental apartment within minutes- responsiveness, convenience and simplicity.
