The Luxembourg subsidiary of Eaglestone Group has purchased two new luxury residential projects in Weimershof and Berchem for development.
From the 7,800 m² of space available, Eaglestone has planned a 2,000m²-residential development, including twenty housing units, in Weimershof. The development will be split into two phases. The first phase will begin in summer 2019 and is estimated to end in 2021. Located on the Kirchberg plateau, this district is distinguished by its proximity to the European Institutions, Kirchberg hospitals and the business centre of Luxembourg. The turnover of this transaction represents €20 million.
Eaglestone has concluded a second acquisition for the development of 5.800m² of land in Berchem to be dedicated to housing.
Moreover, in 2018, following the acquisitions of six projects and the sale of a mixed project located in the heart of the capital, Eaglestone Luxembourg strengthened its team to boast a total of ten employees. The Luxembourg subsidiary currently manages eight projects representing an investment volume of €200 million.
