NUMA Hospitality Provider Expands to Luxembourg

On Wednesday 10 April 2024, NUMA Group, the Berlin-headquartered operator of a fully digitised hospitality platform, announced the next stage of its European expansion entering Luxembourg.

NUMA reported that it is bringing its innovative concept to Luxembourg City and will be part of Connection Property Development's new-build, mixed-use Connection complex. The property is located at 23-25 Rue de Bitbourg and is being developed in partnership with Silverfinch Property & Asset Management SA.

The new NUMA property comprises 134 new-build apartment units with living space of approximately 25 m2 per unit and a combined net lettable area of 3,400 m2. NUMA described the Connection complex in Luxembourg-Hamm as an "innovative" and "integrated" development offering both office and retail space in an "open, modern environment". It is scheduled to open in the second half of 2024.

NUMA also praised the district's "convenient accessibility" - with its "outstanding transport links" - and its "cultural diversity".
