Hugues Lermusiaux, EAGLESTONE;

At the end of December 2017, Eaglestone acquired a new mixed project located at 6 rue de la Grève in Luxembourg-ville; ideally located in the heart of the capital - in the Rousegaertchen off Avenue de la Liberté - the building will house 7 residential dwellings and 2 office units over 1,000 m2.

The architecture of this exceptional residence was designed by Diane Heirend, Architecture & Urbanism. A state-of-the-art renovation will bring the modernity expected by the market while preserving the spirit of the building which dates from the 1920s. The investment volume of the project is about €13 million.

Currently, Eaglestone holds a portfolio in Luxembourg that reaches a value close to €100 million. In just over two years, Eaglestone has acquired 4 projects and has just started the Due Diligence for the acquisition of a 5th project.

"The ambition to position Eaglestone as a key player in Luxembourg is fast becoming a reality; Eaglestone must have the financial and human resources necessary for this purpose," said Xavier Hauboldt, director of Eaglestone in Luxembourg.

The arrival of Hugues Lermusiaux to the Luxembourg team as the Head of Business Development is a logical extension of this approach. Hugues Lermusiaux is 43 years old and has a degree in engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique in Brussels. He began his career in industry and had the opportunity to work for large groups like FABRICOM. Subsequently, he served as Country Manager for more than 10 years in the Atenor Luxembourg group, during which he had the opportunity to work on iconic projects such as the President in Kirchberg, Brasseries Neudorf, the AIR building at La Cloche d'Or, NAOS in Belval and others.

The seven-strong team also welcomes Nathalie Betti, project manager for many years at Soludec; she will bring experience and rigor, the keywords of success of Eaglestone. She has shown her effectiveness on the project of the new headquarters of the CSSF.

"Creating sustainable, elegant, high-quality buildings that fit seamlessly into the city is the focus of Eaglestone. Also, eager to embellish the living spaces, Eaglestone offers an important place to an exceptional location, a contemporary architecture as well as a technical and environmental performance" said Xavier Hauboldt. "This philosophy is the source of Eaglestone's success."
