The Anglican Church of Luxembourg will hold its annual Remembrance Day Service this coming Sunday 11 November 2018 at 10:50 at the Konvikt Chapel at 5 Avenue Marie-Thérèse in Luxembourg City.

As is the case every year, the Anglican Church of Luxembourg welcomes all to a Remembrance Day; this year it will also be marking the centenary of the Armistice ending World War 1.

Those wishing to attend the service are asked to arrive by 10:45 at the latest so that the service can begin promptly.

The ambassadors or representatives of Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland and the United States will all be present to lay wreaths, along with representatives of other organisations.

At 11:00 there will be the Act of Remembrance with a two-minute silence, when the congregation will remember all those who lost their lives in wars and conflicts.
