Shoes Off by Gezza;

Young artist Gezza has released her new single ‘Shoes Off’ on the week-end of Luxembourg's National Day.

My new song tops the national anthem (laughs), I was lucky enough to have Navajo as producer by my side who made it happen” said the 18-year-old female singer. Luxembourg brings out a feisty "earworm" that has the potential of going viral this summer.

The track, written and produced by Navajo, captivates with pumping lead synths and impulsive pop beats. ‘Shoes Off’ embeds catchy melodies that you will like to dance to all night long. The lyrics bring up sensual summer feelings and at the same time a sense of being trapped in such positive moments. “Sometimes love feels like a game that you are caught up in. On the other side, you got that real good feeling you just want to have over and over again and savour in all intimacy. But you realise that it might be finite and you somehow need to let go” added Gezza.

The aesthetic video clip showcases the song’s upbeat moods. The music video, directed by filmmaker Filipe Silva in collaboration with Julie Didier as creative director, brings out urban vibes and clubby scenes filmed under neon lights at the cellar of de Gudde Wëllen.

Gezza and Navajo’s first single ‘Fall in Love’, released end of last year, surpassed 120,000 plays on Spotify, hit 25,000 YouTube plays and successfully made it to Luxembourg’s radio charts. Gezza is counting on the support of Summer Sky Agency, a young artist development company. The new release accentuates her powerful voice and her distinctive style makes her one to closely track on your music radar.
