The Luxembourg National touch team will be hoping to improve their current standing in the European Championships in Jersey this week.

With over half the 15 man squad under the age of 20, the Luxembourg Touch section of the Rugby Club de Luxembourg (RCL) will be looking to unsettle some of the top nations in Europe with their pace and improve on their 6th place.

"Having so many young, talented players bodes well for the future," commented team manager Paul Sweetnam. "This is a great opportunity for them to develop their skills at the very highest level of our sport, and we are very grateful for the support from KPMG and Alma Buro, for making it possible for them to have this experience."

The competition will be unfolding over 4 days with 14 nations competing in mens, women and mixed competitions.
