Regus Livange in Luxembourg;

Active for over 20 years in the Grand Duchy and specialised in turnkey office rentals, Regus is opening a new office space on rue de Turi in Livange; this is the company’s eighth site in the Grand Duchy, but the first one to be installed on the outskirts of the capital, just 7km from the French border.

Located at the Livange exit on the A3 motorway, the new Regus centre offers 1,332 m² of workspace, 207 workstations and 63 private offices ready for use but also a co-working area that can accommodate up to 25 people, as well as two meeting rooms.

By setting up in a strategic location like Livange – decentralised and therefore suitable for the atypical Luxembourg market – Regus is clearly targeting a cross-border clientele. “Some of our customers will find interest in having offices outside the centre for mobility and accessibility reasons, but also for financial reasons, as the prices outside the capital are of course more attractive", explained Philippe Canu, Regus’ Regional Director in Luxembourg.

Anticipating flexibility needs

Managed by a dedicated multilingual local team, the new location offers modular, customisable and fully equipped spaces that can be accommodated for one to fifteen people. “We target the business community but also companies who do not necessarily need a fixed base. That is why we rely on flexibility in our offers, especially for co-working areas," said Philippe Canu. “We want people to be able to walk in, open their computers and start working. Our turnkey offers are set up to make our customer’s lives easier and to anticipate each of their needs.”

The site therefore offers a variety of solutions and all-in services, including high-speed Internet access, office furniture, electricity, heating, but also the possibility of having a home address, a telephone service, a car park and even event planning to generate synergies and networking.
