Black Harvest, a Luxembourg production, will have its avant-première in Luxembourg at Utopolis Kirchberg on 30 September 2015.

The documentary, directed by Jean-Louis Schuller and Sean Clark, follows the lives of two men in North Dakota, John Heiser and Doug Wenner, who find that their futures have become uncertain as they witness their traditional way of life be replaced with an unprecedented oil boom.

In 2012, film-maker Jean-Louis Schuller was awarded the 'Best Technical Contribution to Luxembourgish Cinema' prize at the Luxembourg Film Awards, as well as 'Best Documentary' for the documentary HIGH/LOW, co-directed with Sam Blair.

The film was produced by Antevita Films, a Luxembourgish production company founded in 2006 by Raoul Nadalet.
