STEP Benelux has announced details of a Lunch & Learn Meeting being held on Wednesday 26 April 2017 at 12:00, at the Cercle Munster (5-7 rue Munster, L-2160 Luxembourg-Grund).

The presentation on “From ‘the Englishmen’s greatest achievement in the field of jurisprudence’ to ‘He who must not be named’: What future for Trusts?" will be given by Paolo Panico.

Paolo PANICO is qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and is a member of “Tableau IV” of the Luxembourg bar. He is also chairman of Private Trustees SA, a corporate domiciliation provider regulated as a “professionnel du secteur financier”.

Paolo lectures on “Legal Structures” at the Master of Wealth Management of the University of Luxembourg and “International and Comparative Trust Laws” at the LLM of the University of Liechtenstein. He is an academic of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law (TIAETL) and has served since 2015 as Deputy Chairman of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA).

The second edition of Paolo’s book International Trust Laws was published by Oxford University Press on 23 March 2017.
