Luxembourg's financial regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), has confirmed that it has lifted the suspension from trading in financial instruments on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange by Novo Banco S.A. and NB Finance Ltd following a similar decision by the Portuguese financial regulator, the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários.
However, four financial instruments issued by Novo Banco S.A. are still suspended: PTBEQBOM0010; PTBENJOM0015; PTBENKOM0012; PTBEQKOM0019. The original supension was from 29 December 2015.
Similarly, the CSSF has decided to lift the suspension of trading in the financial instruments issued by Omega Pharma NV on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, following the actions taken by Omega Pharma NV to comply with the orders and request for information issued by the CSSF in relation to requirements of the law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers of securities. The original supension was from 21 December 2015.
