ArcelorMittal announced Wednesday that it will be issuing nearly 138,000,000 new ordinary shares this January.

On Friday 15 January 2016, 137,967,116 new ordinary shares of the Luxembourg-based steel and mining company will be issued, following which the share capital of ArcelorMittal will amount to nearly €7.5b represented by nearly 1.9 billion shares.
