Luxembourg's financial regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has announced that it has been informed by the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM), its Portuguese equivalent, of the suspension of the financial instruments issued by MOTA-ENGIL SGPS S.A. from trading on Euronext Lisbon on 18 January 2016 pending the publication of a press release.
Therefore, the CSSF has ordered, in accordance with Article 9 (3) of the law of 13 July 2007 on markets in financial instruments, the suspension of the financial instruments issued by MOTA-ENGIL SGPS S.A. from trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange until the market has been duly informed.
