During the Summer season 2018, the Regional Tourist Office of the Mullerthal Region – Luxembourg’s Little Switzerland will be offering a range of tours.

Following the success of the hiking tour „Kuelscheier Family“ in 2017, another family hiking tour will be offered again this year. During "Zaubertour Noumerleeën“, participants will discover surprises and meet legendary figures on the way. Children may also participate at a visit at Bourglinster castle. The tourist office will once again offer its "Discover" tours for individual guests, as well.

Concerning cultural tours, the "Echternach Abbey – Top Secret“ tour will enable participants to access parts in the ancient abbey that are usually closed to the public. The basilica with its crypt and explanations about the tomb of St Willibrord are new as well as a guided visit of Larochette castle beside the "traditional“ tours in the castles of Beaufort.

Moreover, the popular tours on horse carriage towards the tree felling works will be offered four times per week in Rosport, Echternach, Beaufort and Larochette. These tours are carried out by the Nature and Forest Administration and will be for free. As the places on the carriage are limited, advanced registration is required.

Finally, regarding nature and geology, a geological hike will be offered every Saturday in Rosport this year on the Hoelt site.

Please note that practically all the visits will be held in Luxembourgish and/or German only.
