La Belle Etoile shopping centre is currently hosting the exhibition "Bike in all its states" (Le vélo dans tous ses états) until 4 August 2018.

The exhibition, organised in collaboration with the Musée du Cycle d’Arlon and the Institut National des Sports, shows the journey of the bicycle since its creation 200 years ago, from the first balance bikes and vintage bikes to racing bikes belonging to Andy Schleck and Bob Jungels.

Do you know the velomobiles, these cars that look like they came from space? Still very rare on our roads, vistiors to the exhibition can admire them closely on the "Hobbi" area, which will also house Ralph Letsch's impressive private collection of cycling stamps and his collection of miniatures of the Tour de France publicity caravan.

Bike enthusiasts will also be present to meet visitors in the gallery, with "Bike Fit" research studying their posture on the bike and offering advice, "Recycle Design" offering artworks made from bike parts, "Noble Cycle" creating custom bikes and the "Regional Office of Tourism" presenting their best maps for combining cycling and tourism.

In the new gallery, the evolution of cycling in the Tour de France is on display, featuring the bikes of cyclists such as François Faber, Nicolas Frantz, Jean Majerus, Eddy Merckx, Charly Gaul and Andy Schleck. A whole space is also dedicated to Bob Jungels as well as the live broadcast of the Tour de France.

Finally, Henri Bressler will be present to reveal his collection of decorative objects around the bike.
