Luxembourg Grund;

When a species is introduced to an area outside of its normal area, it is termed a non-native species. This can cause significant damage to the environment, the economy, our health and the way we live.

The National Museum of Natural History (MNHN) is inviting all interested people on 7 August 2018 a 18:30 to a the scientific walk “Invasive alien plants in the Grund district” encountering invasive alien plants in this very picturesque area of the city of Luxembourg.

Dr. Christian Ries, curator of the Department of Ecology, will lead the guided tour.

The meeting point is at 'natur musée' in Luxembourg-Grund. Participation to this special guided tour in English is free of charge.
