The Prabbeli cultural centre in Wiltz has unveilled its programme for the new year.

First on the agenda for 2019 will be the Jonn Happi Zaubershow magic show at 16:30 on Sunday 10 February 2019. The show will last 50 minutes followed by a 50-minute workshop with the Luxembourg magician John Happi. Fun for all the family guaranteed! Tickets cost €5 (pre-sale) or €7 on the night for children, €10/€12 for adults or €1.50 with a culture pass (pre-sale only). 

A few weeks later, on Friday 22 February 2019, Berlin-based British artist Gemma Ray (Pop Noir) will be performing and presenting her new album at a Brandbau session at 20:00. Under the name "Psychogeology" Gemma Ray launched her new album in February 2018. The album is reminiscent of pop from the 60s and 70s. Tickets cost €7 (pre-sale) or €9 on the night for 26 year olds and under. Tickets for over-26s cost €14/€18 and culture pass tickets cost €1.50 (pre-sale only).

Another Brandbau session is scheduled for Saturday 2 March 2019 at 21:00 with a performance from emerging Luxembourg artists Edsun & Them Lights (R'n'B & Dark Pop). Edsun creates contemporary R'n'B, gently laden with dark rhythmic beats. His musical style is unique in the Luxembourg music scene and has been steadily unfolding since the release of his debut EP "N.O." in 2015. In 2018, Edsun released his second EP titled "You Are Not Just One Thing" and launched his first European tour titled "The Platonic Touch Tour". The artist is currently creating new works of art to be revealed in 2019. Behind Them Lights is the Luxembourg singer-songwriter Sacha Hanlet who in 2016 released his debut songs and has since created his own mysterious universe of dark, edgy and soulful R'n'B. Spring 2019 will also see a cabaret performance from Autopsy on 17 March at 20:00. The show will take place in Luxembourgish and lasts 90 minutes. The cast includes actor Michèle Turpel, writer and director Jemp Schuster, music by Georges Urwald, stage and technology by Serge Hoffmann and Claude Goetz and Pit Weyer in charge of promotion. Tickets cost €10 on the night for 26 year olds and under. Tickets for over-26s cost €20 and culture pass tickets cost €1.50 (pre-sale only).

Next on the agenda will be Piano Day 2019 with Luke Howard (Australia) and James Heather (UK) on Thursday 28 March 2019 at 20:30 (doors open at 20:00). This is the the second time that Prabbeli joins the internationally acclaimed Piano Day. Alluding to the 88 keys of a piano, Piano Day officially takes place on the 88th day of the year and is aimed at all piano lovers. Tickets cost €6 (pre-sale) or €8 on the night for 26 year olds and under. Tickets for over-26s cost €14/€16 and culture pass tickets cost €1.50 (pre-sale only).

Another Brandbau session is scheduled for Saturday 6 April 2019 with performances from emerging Belgian indie cult band Pale Grey and masters of space pop, the female duo Lou & Dust from Nancy/Paris at 21:00. Tickets cost €6 (pre-sale) or €8 on the night for 26 year olds and under. Tickets for over-26s cost €12/€14 and culture pass tickets cost €1.50 (pre-sale only).
